Refund Policy
Our items are eligible for 30-day refund policy.
- If the item is defective, damaged, lost or wrong size, we will refund or replace within 30 days without fee.
- To be eligible for a refund or replace, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and also be in the original packaging.
- To process your refund or replace, we require your transaction info and proofs of the item condition, particularly an image of the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When your claim is approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be an entire order or only part of the order. It takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
The refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your item, please send us an email at sales@thewoofsoul.com.
If the item is defective, damaged, lost or wrong size, we will send you a free shipping label for your return.
For other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund for a new shipping label.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
